M. EDVARD SHPRUKHMAN, ESQ. 

M. Edvard Shprukhman received his Bachelor Degree from American University in Washington, D.C. in 2001 and Juris Doctor from Widener Law School in Wilmington, Delaware in 2004.

Upon the completion of law school, Mr. Shprukhman entered private practice founding this firm in Philadelphia, PA and later moving to Baltimore, MD where he has concentrated his practice representing Plaintiffs in personal injury and collection defense cases.  

Mr. Shprukhman has successfully litigated cases throughout the District and Circuit Courts of the State of Maryland.  Mr. Shprukhman is admitted to the Bar in the following States:

Jason B. Penn, Esq. is a devout trial lawyer and has a passion for representing his clients in District and Circuit Courts across the state of Maryland.  He dedicates his skills and services to helping to provide a level legal playing field for those injured and to protect them throughout the legal process.

Jason Penn has built a track record with nearly 20 years in practice in a wide array of personal injury matters, including multi-million dollar awards in cases involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing homes, and medical malpractice.

Jason is incredibly passionate about fighting for his clients.  All cases, from “small” to “large” are handled with the same care and passion.  He aims to help his client’s tell their story—something that sadly very few insurance companies care enough about. 

Jason Penn, graduated from University of Maryland, B.S., Biology, 2003 he attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, J.D., graduating cum laude, 2006.  He then clerked for the Hon Clayton Greene, Jr. on Maryland’s Highest Appellate Court, the Court of Appeals
